DAY 1: HOME CITY - LIMA
Depart from Home City bound for Lima, the City of Kings. Meet and Greet upon arrival, and transfer to your hotel in fashionable Miraflores district.
DAY 2: LIMA - City of Kings
Today, tour Colonial Lima, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral where Francisco Pizarro´s Remains lie, and catacombs of San Francisco.
DAY 3: LIMA - PUNO
Transfer to airport for flight to Juliaca. Meet and Greet upon arrival, and transfer to your hotel in PUNO. Afternoon at leisure or optional visit to the floating reed islands.
DAY 4: PUNO - LAKE TITICACA
Morning bus departure for Lake Titicaca, world´s highest navigable lake. Brief city tour of Copacabana prior to boarding your modern catamaran for 45 minute trip to Sun Island. Lunch on board, followed by visit to ancient Andean ruins and magnificent Sun Island Complex. Dinner on board followed by thrilling folkloric Show.
DAY 5: LAKE TITICACA - LA PAZ
Mid morning departure via modern motorcoach for the capital city of Bolivia, LA PAZ. Afternoon free to stroll at your leisure and shop for souvenirs.
DAY 6: LA PAZ
Today´s tour features the Indian Market, often called Witch Doctor´s Market "El Mercado de las Brujas", San Francisco Church, Plaza Murillo where the Cathedral, Government Palace and National Congress are located, the Open Air Museum and Tihuanacu Arts Collection, as well as the residential areas of Obrajes and unique Moon Valley.
DAY 7: LA PAZ - CUZCO - Capital of an Empire
Morning flight to Cuzco. Then afternoon, visit museums and nearby ruins of Kkenko, Pacapucara, and Sacsayhuaman.
DAY 8: MACHU PICCHU - Lost City of the Incas
Via narrow gauge rail and later by minibus, journey to Machu Pichu and learn the secrets of this ancient Inca stronghold.
DAY 9: CUZCO - HOME CITY
At scheduled hour, transfer for your flight homeward or next destination.
