Day 1 HOME CITY - SANTIAGO
Meet and Greet upon arrival to Santiago's International Airport, and Transfer to the Hotel Panamericano. Remainder of day free to relax, stroll, shop and explore this cosmopolitan, capital city on your own.

Day 2 SANTIAGO - SANTA CRUZ
Following breakfast, travel south on the Pan American Highway, passing through the town of San Fernando, on route to Santa Cruz, 110 miles away, on the banks of the Tinguirica River. Today we tour the Ruta del Vino de Colchagua (the Wine Route of Colchagau), visit two vineyards and enjoy a taste of their wines. Stop for a delicious Chilean lunch at the Restaurant Los Varietales in the Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza. Following lunch, visit the Museum of Colchagua (closed Mondays) known as one of South America's most complete. Overnight at the Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza. B, L

Day 3 SANTA CRUZ - CURICO
Following breakfast, Transfer to visit la Ruta del Vino de Curico (the Wine Route of Curico), rich in history, natural attractions like the beautiful Lake Vichuquen, colonial churches and the Condell hillside offering panoramic views of the town and wonderful landscape below. Afternoon, tour nearby vineyard and enjoy a taste of its local wines. Overnight in the Hotel Turismo in the heart of town. Evening free to relax, stroll and explore on your own. B

Day 4 CURICO - SANTIAGO
Following breakfast, tour local vineyard enjoying a taste of its wines. Then stop for a delicious lunch in a nearby restaurant before boarding train for scenic two and a half hour ride through the Chilean countryside to Santiago. Meet and Greet upon arrival, and Transfer to the Hotel Panamericano. Evening free to relax, stroll, shop and explore on your own. B, L
